Welcome to HSIM India Federation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (including course enrollment). By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Student Information

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. 
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. 
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activities under your account. 

2. Course Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment of fees and acceptance into the course. 
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay or similar). 
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our sole discretion. 

3. Guaranteed Employment / Freelancing Assistance

• HSIM guarantees that any eligible student who completes the course (by fulfilling attendance, assignments, portfolio, professional conduct, etc.) will be offered employment or freelancing assistance. 
• If HSIM is unable to secure a job or freelance opportunity for the student within 6 months of their successful course completion, the student will be eligible for a 100% refund of course fees (excluding registration/admission fee). 
• Students must make reasonable efforts to accept interview/freelancing opportunities presented; refusing without valid reason may void this guarantee.

4. Refund Policy

• The detailed Refund Policy is provided on the dedicated Refund Policy page of our website. 
• Key points: registration fees non-refundable; standard refund levels depending on when you request; full refund under the Guaranteed Employment clause. 
• Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 15 working days once approved.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, videos, graphics, and resources provided by HSIM are the intellectual property of HSIM or its licensors. 
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercialize any of the content without prior written permission.

6. Modifications to Courses, Services & Fee

• HSIM reserves the right to modify or update course content, syllabus, schedules, or services at any time. 
• Fees may be revised or new fees introduced; when changes are material, students already enrolled will be given notice. 
• These updates and modifications will be published on our website and will apply to both current and future students, as applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• HSIM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or services. 
• We do not guarantee any specific results (beyond the Guarantee / Refund Policy) including wage levels, job title, location, or employer. 
• We are not responsible for technical issues, connectivity interruptions, or content access delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. User Conduct & Disqualification

• You agree to behave professionally, respect deadlines, attend mandatory sessions, complete assignments/projects, and maintain required attendance. 
• Misconduct, dishonesty, or non-compliance may lead to disqualification from courses, the Guaranteed Employment scheme, or the refund guarantee.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 
• Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [insert your city or jurisdiction, e.g. Karnal, Haryana]. 

10. Right to Modify Terms

• HSIM reserves the right to change, modify or update these Terms at any time. 
• Any such changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website. Your continued use of the website or enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
