Refund Policy

At HSIM India Federation, we are committed to providing high-quality Digital Marketing education and ensuring that every student secures employment or freelancing opportunities upon successful completion of the course. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and student-friendly.

1. Admission / Registration Fee

Admission or registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee covers administrative expenses, seat booking, and access to initial learning resources.

2. Course Fee Refunds

A. Standard Refunds (Before Completion)

Students may request a refund before completing the course, subject to the following conditions:

No refund (except under Employment Guarantee clause)

 

B. Employment Guarantee Refund (100% Refund)

HSIM India Federation provides a 100% Employment/ Freelancing Guarantee.

A student will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee (excluding registration fee) if:

The student has successfully completed the course (including attendance, assignments, portfolio, and professional conduct requirements as per SOP), and

HSIM is unable to provide either a job placement or freelancing opportunity within 6 months of course completion.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds (general or guarantee-based) will not be provided if a student:

  • Fails to maintain minimum 85% attendance.
  • Does not complete assignments, projects, or portfolio requirements.
  • Does not participate in mock interviews, placement drives, or freelancing sessions.
  • Engages in misconduct, indiscipline, or unprofessional behavior.
  • Declines job/freelancing opportunities offered by HSIM without a valid reason.

Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable in situations beyond HSIM’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, lockouts, civil disturbances, or technical failures caused by third parties.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be transferred directly to the student’s bank account. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Right to Modify

  • HSIM India Federation reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time, as and when required.
  • Any such modifications will be updated on the official website and will be applicable to all current and future students.

6. Special Note

  • HSIM does not charge students for placement or freelancing opportunities.
  • HSIM does not take commissions or fees from hiring companies.
  • The employment guarantee and refund policy are provided solely as part of HSIM’s commitment to student success.

7. Student Acknowledgement

This Refund Policy will be signed and accepted by students at the time of enrollment. By signing, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned in this policy.
